What are Surfing Stand Up Paddle Boards?

Surfing stand up paddle boards are predominately for use on the waves. Some of the larger surfing stand up paddle boards can be used on the flat water for lighter riders.

Surfing SUP’s are shorter than the flat-water orientated stand up paddle board designs, which makes them slower to paddle but more manoeuvrable and easier to turn once on a wave .

At Triocean Surf we are fortunate to be located in the centre of the South Hams so have the Kingsbridge & Salcombe estuary, the Avon Estuary and many fantastic sandy beaches on our doorstep including Bantham and Bigbury.
